Students will compile and present recommendations to inform leaders and other stakeholders about workforce metrics and program evaluation findings. The major learning outcomes of this project could include: Apply methods of program evaluation to determine the impact and/or efficiency of an HR program. Construct communications to disseminate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. Identify appropriate human resources metrics/analytics to answer HR evaluation questions. Describe ethical and practical issues in HR program evaluation.
