Winter 2025 Research Associate - Grad students preferred

The research assistants will support the research initiatives under the guidance of our team in economics, project finance, SPACS, Venture Capital/PE in this climate, and update a variety of reports we have. We are also looking to have them published. Also looking for data scraping for leads in North America with a variety of filters. Graduate students are more suitable for this role. Capital raise Planning - Phase 1

We would like to collaborate with students to plan a capital raise plan to help meet our goals. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals. Estimating and establishing the budget of the fundraising event. Creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete Assisting in marketing and promoting our event. The main goal of this project is to update the website for Sodale Group and add a UGotThis and Developer Tabs and refinement of investor finance fund raise information. This includes support of a private REIT & REDT listing on FrontFundr, including a pitch book, and potential research support of refinement of the REIT financial model that a modeller is building.
