Digital Content Creation
Swimingo is a tech-driven swim school offering personalized swim lessons at convenient times, prices, and locations. Our expert instructors teach at local or private pools, tailoring lessons to all ages and skill levels. We hope to revamp our social media and email marketing content to attract more customers. We would like students to help us create content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Create daily content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok. Edit videos and utilize editing tools to produce high-quality content. Familiarizing themselves with our company’s services, marketing goals and target market. Researching factors affecting the quality of digital content. Recommending changes to existing digital content and designing new social media posts and emails. Recommending and designing new digital content not already used by our company. Using Canva and Figma to develop and design content. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing and improving designs based on feedback.

Website Development
Our company advertises our private swim lessons online. We hope to revamp our existing website to improve user experience. We would like to work with students to develop a new dashboard within our website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through our preferred tech stack which consists of MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

SEO and Social Media Strategy
Our team is focused on enhancing our search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to increase website traffic and improve visibility on search engines. To achieve this, we will implement targeted SEO efforts, including publishing high-quality blogs, securing features on relevant websites, and optimizing content for key search terms. This project will involve several key steps for students, including: Conducting keyword research to identify the most relevant search terms our potential customers use. Researching and implementing Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google. Developing and publishing blog content that aligns with our target audience’s search intent. Outreach to industry blogs and websites to secure guest posts and backlinks, boosting Swimingo’s domain authority. Creating an SEO-focused content calendar to strategically schedule blog posts and social media updates. Bonus steps may include: Leveraging website analytics to refine our SEO strategy based on traffic and engagement data. Incorporating multimedia content (videos, infographics) to improve on-page SEO and user engagement.
