The tasks are closely related and can be completed by a team of learners from academic programs such as business administration or information technology, ideally with some prior CRM experience, within a timeframe of under 60 hours.

The project deliverables include a cleaned and updated donor database on DonorPerfect, with errors corrected and duplicates removed. Additionally, a comprehensive process guide for data entry and management will be developed to ensure consistent and accurate data handling in the future. The guide will include step-by-step instructions and best practices for maintaining data integrity. The deliverables will be presented in an easy-to-read report, summarizing the improvements made and recommendations for ongoing database management.
