Computer Systems Technology - IT Development Project - Phase I & II

Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Saskatchewan Polytechnic to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this program/course study and employ practical and theoretical concepts obtained in first year systems analysis and design courses by building an IT system. They will work as part of a development team on an IT problem for an external industry client. Their project will include the production and demonstration of functioning components of the system each release within deadlines set out in their project management documentation
Supply Chain Management Capstone Project

Seize your opportunity to work with faculty and students from around the world to develop solutions to your supply chain problems. The students in this class are completing the Supply Chain Management Post Graduate Certificate program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Moose Jaw. We are looking to work with an organization who has a supply chain related problem or question to provide a work-integrated learning experience for our students and make a positive impact in an organization.
Interactive Design Work Placement/Client Directed Project
PROJ 101
Students will be seeking a client directed opportunity as an option for their final project. These projects can vary in scope but should reflect a full scale project in industry. This is a great opportunity to get a start on a new project, revise something that has become outdated, or generate new content without having to fully commit to hiring someone or contracting a firm. The details for the Client Directed Project are as follows: It is a 60 hour unpaid project. The client directed project must be started and completed within March 20 - April 26, 2021, or as close to those dates as possible. Students are expected to observe, practice, and work on an interactive media project in order to give them experience within the industry. The client directed project course gives the student the chance to demonstrate their technical, artistic and organizational skills, and to continue developing their creative problem-solving skills in an applied manner.
