Grant Opportunity Analysis and Repository Development
The Employee Wellbeing Council at OOt Social Health is seeking to enhance its funding strategy by identifying and securing grant opportunities in Canada and the U.S. that align with its mission. The project involves researching and analyzing potential grants to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Council's charter. By developing a comprehensive repository of grant opportunities, the Council aims to streamline the application process and improve its chances of securing funding. The project will also involve creating a structured database of common grant questions and responses in Google Docs, which will serve as a valuable resource for future applications. This initiative will allow the Council to focus on its core mission of promoting employee wellbeing while ensuring a sustainable funding pipeline. - Research and analyze grant opportunities in Canada and the U.S. - Ensure alignment with the Employee Wellbeing Council’s mission and eligibility criteria. - Develop a comprehensive grant repository with key funding details. - Create a structured database of common grant questions and responses.
OOt Social Health - Marketing and Design
OOt Social Health improves company culture and fosters social well-being amidst the challenges posed by remote and hybrid work arrangements. We do this to: Enable 1:1 proximity connections, emphasizing skills, interests, mentorship, and equity-driven filters. Facilitate group proximity connections, known as "HangOOts," fostering camaraderie and collaboration. Introduce the "Me Moments" feature, promoting self-care through gratitude journaling, affirmations, and breathwork to enhance personal well-being. We hope to improve our social media marketing to build brand awareness and inbound funnel. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s brand book, products, social media campaign goals, and target market. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign.
