We’re a fast-paced EdTech startup looking for a creative communicator to manage all communities across the platform. This student will be responsible for addressing users needs, interviewing for user feedback, curating communities, managing current communities and ensuring the engagement of users on the platform meets our goals.

Deliverables

Based on our goals, we are looking for the successful candidate to work on the following:

  • Managing current communities and curating new ones
  • Seeking, conducting, evaluating and effective documentation of user feedback
  • Content Calendar Curation: timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our app
  • Social Media Management: overseeing different channels that we own and keeping them up-to-date
  • Keeping the engagement on the platform at a maximum and continuously improving to meet goals.
Mentorship

The successful candidate will work closely with our co-founders founders who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
