Working with Loohoo's founder, Lindsay Duong, was an inspiring and uplifting experience. Lindsay's vision for Loohoo as a shopping destination and a community center is inspiring. She is very dedicated to making Loohoo a place of empowerment, creativity, and inclusivity, and her enthusiasm made each meeting lively and collaborative. The guidance she provided for the project provided me with a sense not just of the business side of things, but also of the customer- and community-centered mindset that Loohoo has. Her dedication to supporting women-owned businesses and fostering a friendly, pleasant atmosphere really stands out. I learned so much about the importance of community events and how impactful they can be in building long-term customer relationships. All in all, it was a pleasure to support Loohoo's PR and community engagement strategy, and I am excited to see how the brand goes on to grow and evolve.
